General Terms & Conditions

1) Rental.
Landlord: A TANA s.r.l. in the name and on behalf of itself at the published rates.
2) Reservation.
Reservation is only accepted upon receipt, by A TANA s.r.l. of the agreed amounts due. The contracts are specific to the parts undertaking them and cannot be transferred to any third party without prior authorisation.
3) Payment.
30% deposit within 10 days of confirmation, the remaining 70% within 7 days from the beginning of the rental period. Once elapsed the above periods of time without the due payments having been made, the rental will be considered renounced and we will thereby consider ourselves authorised to cancel the reservation.
4) Lodging.
A number of people not greater than that indicated can occupy the lodging. Should this not be the case the contract will be immediately rescinded without any obligation on our part to compensation or refund. Pets are permitted only upon prior and timely advice and in any case always at the discretion of the Management of A Tana s.r.l. .
5) Arrivals and Departures.
Check-in after 2.00pm, check-out by 10.00am. It is possible to change arrival and departure times upon prior agreement with our Representative and always in accordance with the needs and rights of the other outgoing or incoming guests.
6) Fixtures and Fittings.
The lodgings are equipped with sufficient fixtures, fittings and accessories for the number of people indicated in the price list.
7) Housekeeping.
Customers must ensure they leave the lodgings in the same conditions as they found them in on their arrival. All fixtures and fittings (chairs, tables, pottery, sheets etc) must not be moved from the lodging being used. Damages caused by the guests (blockage of toilets, damages to the equipment or to the building, etc) will be charged to them.
7) Disputes.
The competent tribunal for resolving any disputes will be the Tribunal of Lipari.
